We typically ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a specific soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice or receive a refund.

    Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our business. We do not accept returns once the package is opened. However, if there is a problem, wrong product received, damaged product, we will ask that you send us pictures and return at no cost to you for a full refund, less original shipping fees, or exchange.
