Shipping: At this time, we are only shipping to addresses located within the U.S. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire PRIOR to placing your order. We typically ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a specific soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice or receive a refund.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our business. We do not accept returns once the package is opened. However, if there is a problem, wrong product received, damaged product, we will ask that you send us pictures and return at no cost to you for a full refund, less original shipping fees, or exchange.
